Marj Al-Hamam Villa

A five-bedroom villa for a large extended family, with a kitchen the clients rebuilt twice before construction started.

The clients changed the kitchen layout twice during design — once to add a second prep area, once to reorient it toward the garden — and both times we simply redrew it rather than pushing back. The rest of the house followed a more conventional path: formal reception at the front, family living toward the rear garden.
