A compact villa on a coastal plot, built for salt air and constant sun rather than the Amman climate.

Everything specified here had to survive proximity to the sea — different render, different metalwork, different approach to shading than an equivalent Amman project. The plan is simple by necessity: a single bar of rooms facing the water, with services pulled to the rear.
