Dabouq Heights Villa

A large villa for a client who wanted separate wings for extended family, built as one continuous composition.

Three generations share the house at different times of year, so the brief was really three houses in one: a main wing, a guest wing with its own entry, and a smaller unit for grandparents that can be closed off entirely. We kept a single material and structural language across all three so the building never reads as an assembly of parts, and organised the site so each wing gets its own private outdoor space without overlooking the others.
