Cedar Terrace Residence

A house organised around a single covered terrace that runs the full length of the plot.

The brief asked for a large family house that still felt private from the street. We pulled the living spaces back from the road and built the terrace as the spine of the plan — every major room opens onto it, and the garden reads as an extension of the interior rather than a separate space.
