AN Residence
A contemporary residential villa that blends dynamic volumetric masses with a thoughtful interplay of light, materials, and topography.
Dynamic Masses in Harmony with Topography and Light
This project embraces a modern architectural language founded on volumetric deconstruction, where building masses appear as boldly interlocking, sculptural elements. The design achieves a precise balance between solid and void, intelligently employing a material contrast between light, naturally textured stone and sleek, dark cladding. The villa features a thoughtful openness to the exterior through expansive glazing, while maintaining privacy via integrated wooden louvers and robust stone boundary walls that follow the site's topography, giving the building a dynamic and unique character.
